How PCHardwareHub Started
PCHardwareHub was founded by James Cousins, who also started up ‘GeekaWhat’, a publication aimed primarily at PC building enthusiasts. The GeekaWhat publication started as a YouTube channel in 2013, one that now boasts more than 40 million lifetime views. From this the GeekaWhat.com site was born, as a place for enthusiasts to take things a step further in their love for everything hardware.
But lots of sites failed at one thing – providing more entry-level hardware knowledge and advice to gamers. As much as we love the MHz and GHz, we know that not everyone does… and that’s totally fine! For those who want to get gaming right away, we’re aiming to be the authoritative source to get you playing at the best visual settings, frame rates and at reasonable price points.
